Refund and Cancellation Policy
At delhifleamarket.com, we want you to be happy with your purchase. Please read our policy carefully regarding cancellations and refunds.
Order Cancellation: You may cancel your order before it has been dispatched. Once your order has been processed and dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. To request a cancellation, please contact us immediately via email or WhatsApp (if available) with your order number.
Eligibility for Refund/Replacement: Refunds or replacements are only eligible in the following cases:
1. You received a wrong product (different from what you ordered).
2. You received a damaged product.
Conditions for Return/Replacement: To be eligible for a return or replacement for a wrong or damaged product, you must meet the following conditions:

You must contact us within 3 days of receiving your delivery. The delivery date will be based on the courier’s tracking information.

You must provide clear photographic evidence of the wrong or damaged product.
•
You must provide a clear video of the unboxing of the product. This video serves as essential proof that the item received was incorrect or damaged before it was fully opened. Without this video, we may not be able to process your request.
How to Initiate a Refund/Replacement:

2. Include your Order Number in the subject line or message.
3. Clearly describe the issue (wrong product or damaged).
4. Attach clear photos and the mandatory unboxing video as proof.
Refund/Replacement Process: Once we receive your request and verify that the conditions are met (including the unboxing video), we will process your request.
• If approved, we will deliver for the return/replacement of the incorrect/damaged item within 10-15 business days.
• Upon receiving the item back and conducting a quality check, we will either initiate a refund to your original payment method (if applicable) or dispatch a replacement product to you.
• Refunds, if approved, will be credited within 7-10 business days.
Non-Eligible Cases: Please note that we do not offer refunds or replacements for:
• Change of mind or dislike of the product.
• Products that have been used or altered.
• Requests made after the 3-day window from delivery.
• Cases where the mandatory unboxing video is not provided or is unclear.
• Minor variations in color, size, or design that may occur due to screen differences or the nature of handmade/market-sourced items.
